When activating your software, you may experience one of two Unlock Code-related issues. Find information below on how to resolve issues related to your Unlock Code.

If you received a message that the Unlock code you have entered is invalid:

If you enter your Unlock Code and receive a message that your code is invalid, please check the following things:

Make sure you are entering the code exactly as it was given. Unlock Codes are case sensitive; all letters must be capitalized. All dashes must be included as well.

If you are reinstalling the software or installing it on another PC, please make sure you are using the same email address that was used the first time you activated the product. Your Unlock Code is tied to the email address you used previously.

Make sure that the Unlock Code you are using matches the product you are trying to activate. For example, a High Impact eMail 5 Professional Unlock Code cannot be used to activate a High Impact eMail 5 Platinum trial.

If you are still encountering the error after verifying the items above, please submit a support ticket. Be sure to include your name, email address, Unlock Code, and the name of the product you are trying to activate. A member of our support team will assist you.

If you received a message that your Unlock Code has been used more than the allowed number of times:

If you enter your Unlock Code and receive a message that your code has been used more than the allowed number of times, it may be due to multiple reinstalls or installing on too many PCs. Please submit a support ticket for assistance. Be sure to include your name, email address, Unlock Code, and the name of the product you are trying to activate. Please also include your order number if you have it available. A member of our support team will assist you.

If you are having trouble installing/running one or more of our desktop products, it may be due to the configuration of your Windows account. There are a couple of key requirements to ensure that the application(s) will install and run as expected:

Your Windows user account must have Administrator privileges.

Your Windows account must be a local user account, not a Domain user account. While you may experience success on a domain account, we do not officially support this environment.

You must install on the same Windows user account that you will use to run the application(s). That is, you cannot install an application under one user account, and then run it on a different account.

If you have any questions about compatibility with your Windows environment, please contact us by submitting a ticket.
