On Windows Vista & Windows 7 computers you may come across runtime automation error at the time of starting HIE5.

To resolve this, first delete the existing desktop shortcut of HIE5.

Then create a new desktop shortcut by following the below mentioned steps:

1) Browse to the folder:

For 32 bit version of Windows: "C:\Program Files\High Impact eMail 5\Bin"
or
For 64 bit version of Windows:"C:\Program Files (x86)\High Impact eMail 5\Bin"

2) Locate the file named HighImpacteMail5.exe

3) Right click on the file and select Send To > Desktop (Create Shortcut).

Now open the program using this new shortcut and check for the issue.
